Job Title: Screen Printer

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Screen Printer to join our team. As a Screen Printer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality printed materials using various techniques and methods. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating visually appealing and eye-catching designs, as well as a strong understanding of the screen printing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate screen printing equipment to produce printed materials according to job specifications
• Prepare and set up screens, inks, and other materials for printing
• Mix and match colors to achieve desired color and consistency
• Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as needed
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the printing process
• Collaborate with the design team to create and refine artwork for printing
• Ensure all printed materials meet quality standards and make adjustments as necessary
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all printed materials
• Monitor inventory levels of printing supplies and notify management when supplies need to be reordered
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college or technical training in screen printing preferred
• At least 2 years of experience working as a Screen Printer
• Strong knowledge of screen printing techniques, equipment, and materials
• Ability to read and interpret job specifications and artwork
• Proficient in color matching and mixing
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work consistently
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and graphic design experience is a plus
