Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Education, Higher Education Administration, or a related field. A Ph.D. is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a higher education leadership role.
• Strong understanding of academic policies, procedures, and accreditation standards.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with various stakeholders.
