Overview: Crest University is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Education Programs to join our team. As the Director of Education Programs, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our education programs and ensuring the success of our students. This is a leadership position that requires a strong understanding of education trends, program development, and the ability to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the growth and success of our education programs.
• Oversee the development and implementation of curriculum, instructional materials, and educational resources.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure program alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Conduct regular evaluations and assessments of program effectiveness and make necessary improvements.
• Lead and manage a team of educators and support staff to ensure high-quality delivery of education programs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and other partners to expand program reach and impact.
• Monitor and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Stay updated on education trends and incorporate innovative practices into program development.
• Represent Crest University at conferences and events to promote our education programs and build partnerships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program development or education leadership.

• Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing education programs.
