Key Responsibilities:

Develop and enhance our organization's curriculum content for various courses, programs, and workshops.
Conduct research and stay updated with the latest trends in education and instructional design.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and develop course content.
Use instructional design principles to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
Develop learning objectives, assessments, and instructional materials that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
Utilize various instructional methods and technologies to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
Review and revise existing curriculum to ensure it remains relevant and effective.
Conduct pilot tests and gather feedback to continuously improve the curriculum.
Work closely with the instructional design team to ensure that all courses are consistent in terms of design and quality.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within tight deadlines.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the curriculum meets the needs of our students and aligns with our organization's standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development, preferably in an educational or corporate setting.
Strong knowledge of instructional design theories, principles, and methodologies.
Excellent research and analytical skills.
Proficient in using instructional design software and other learning technologies.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
