Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Instructional Technology Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an Instructional Technology Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the integration of technology into our educational programs, ensuring that our students have access to cutting-edge resources and tools to enhance their learning experience. You will work closely with teachers, students, and other educational professionals to develop and implement strategies that promote the effective use of technology in the classroom. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional technology, a deep understanding of educational best practices, and a proven track record of successfully implementing technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teachers and curriculum leaders to identify areas where technology can enhance and support student learning.
• Develop and implement a technology integration plan that aligns with our educational goals and objectives.
• Provide training and support to teachers on how to effectively integrate technology into their lessons and curriculum.
• Research and evaluate new educational technologies and make recommendations for their use in the classroom.
• Create and maintain a technology inventory, ensuring that all equipment and software are properly maintained and up-to-date.
• Develop and manage a budget for technology resources and tools.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in instructional technology and make recommendations for their implementation.
• Assist with the development and implementation of online learning programs and resources.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely support to teachers and students.
• Collaborate with the IT department to ensure that all technology systems are functioning properly and that any issues are addressed in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in instructional technology, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong understanding of instructional best practices and experience integrating technology into the curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing technology initiatives.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and other educational professionals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of current and emerging educational technologies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other educational software.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with online learning platforms and tools is a plus.
