Job Summary: As the Process Automation Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing automated solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness across all departments within the company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, design and implement solutions, and monitor and maintain the effectiveness of these solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, automation, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's processes, systems, and operations.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement across all departments.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to design and implement automated solutions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for automation projects.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of automation solutions and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
• Train and support team members on using automated tools and processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest automation technologies and industry best practices.
• Communicate progress, results, and challenges to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement, automation, or project management.
• Solid understanding of automation tools and technologies, such as RPA, AI, and machine learning.
• Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing automation solutions.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in Industrial Automation is a plus.
