Nature Harvest is seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Developer to join our dynamic team. As an AI Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions that will revolutionize the way we do business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI algorithms and models to solve complex business problems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs
• Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning
• Develop and maintain machine learning pipelines, data processing, and data visualization techniques
• Perform data cleaning, feature engineering, and data preparation for training models
• Train, test, and evaluate machine learning models to ensure accuracy and performance
• Optimize and improve existing AI models for scalability and efficiency
• Support the integration of AI solutions into existing systems and platforms
• Document code, processes, and project progress for internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• 5 years of experience as an AI Developer or in a similar role
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
• Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
• Knowledge of database systems and SQL
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality AI solutions on time and within budget
