Job Overview: As an Operations Manager at MineMight Metals, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our organization. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategies that drive growth, efficiency, and profitability. This is a challenging and exciting role that requires a strong leader who can think strategically and execute on operational plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization
• Oversee and manage all operational processes, including supply chain management, production, logistics, and customer service
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize operations
• Manage and develop a team of operational staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and identify opportunities for collaboration and process improvement
• Maintain and update operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for operational expenses
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and implement contingency plans to ensure business continuity

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in Mining & Metals
• Proven track record of successfully managing operational processes and driving business growth
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing and developing a team
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with operational software and systems
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
