Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with the company's overall marketing objectives
Create eye-catching displays that effectively highlight our products and promote our brand
Collaborate with the sales team to understand product positioning and develop displays that will drive sales
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our displays are current and competitive
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and events
Train and guide store staff on visual merchandising standards and techniques
Conduct store visits to ensure all displays are in line with company standards and guidelines
Monitor sales performance and make recommendations for improvements to increase sales
Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the buying team to ensure adequate stock levels for displays
Maintain a clean and organized visual merchandising area in the store
Travel to different store locations to set up and maintain displays as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Visual Merchandising, or a related field
3+ years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the retail industry
Strong understanding of retail and consumer trends
Creativity and an eye for detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
Willingness to travel to different store locations as needed
