Job Description: AeroSpace Innovations is seeking a highly skilled Aerospace Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all stages of our aerospace projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with various departments and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Communicate project progress and updates to all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management
• Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
• Monitor project budgets and ensure all expenses are within budget
• Supervise and lead a team of engineers, technicians, and other professionals to ensure project goals are met
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure their requirements are met
• Manage project scope, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively
• Conduct project evaluations and make recommendations for improvements
• Ensure all projects adhere to industry and company standards and regulations
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and productivity
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members to develop their skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aerospace project management
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex aerospace projects
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
