Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative education programs and initiatives that align with the organization's mission and objectives.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of educational programs.
• Support teachers in the design, development, and delivery of curriculum materials and resources.
• Plan and coordinate professional development opportunities for teachers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of education programs through data analysis and feedback from stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an education-related role, preferably in a leadership or coordination position.
