Position: Education Program Director

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Education Program Director. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of our educational programs. As the Education Program Director, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the success and growth of our programs, ultimately making a positive impact on the education of our community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the overall direction and growth of the education programs.
• Oversee the creation and implementation of curriculum, ensuring alignment with educational standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify and secure funding opportunities for program expansion.
• Manage and oversee the budget for the education programs, ensuring effective use of resources.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of educators and support staff to deliver high-quality programs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote our programs and increase participation.
• Conduct regular evaluations of the programs to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on current trends and developments in education to continuously improve and enhance our programs.
• Serve as a spokesperson for the education programs, representing the organization at conferences and events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program development and management, with a focus on education.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development and educational standards.
• Experience in budget management and securing funding for programs.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
