Title: Instructional Designer

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our dynamic team. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective learning materials for our organization. You will work closely with subject matter experts, trainers, and other team members to develop courses, training materials, and other learning resources. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, as well as a passion for creating innovative and impactful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze training needs and develop learning objectives
• Design and develop engaging and interactive e-learning courses, instructor-led training materials, job aids, and other learning resources
• Utilize adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to create effective and meaningful learning experiences
• Conduct thorough research and gather relevant information from various sources to ensure accuracy and relevancy of content
• Utilize various instructional methods and technologies, such as simulations, videos, and gamification, to enhance the learning experience
• Develop assessments and evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in instructional design and incorporate them into training programs
• Collaborate with trainers and other team members to ensure proper implementation of learning materials and provide support as needed
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing training materials to ensure they meet the needs of the organization and its employees

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in instructional design or a related field
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems
• Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for learning and development
• Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software is a plus
