Job Title: Community Outreach Coordinator

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Community Outreach Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing outreach strategies to engage and educate the community about our organization and its initiatives. You will be the face of our company, building relationships with community members, local organizations, and government agencies to promote our mission and increase awareness of our programs. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage and educate the community about our organization and its initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with community members, local organizations, and government agencies.
• Conduct in-depth research to identify potential partnerships and opportunities for collaboration.
• Plan and coordinate outreach events, including community forums, workshops, and informational sessions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and social media campaigns to increase awareness of our organization.
• Represent the organization at community events and meetings to promote our mission and programs.
• Act as a liaison between the organization and community members, addressing any concerns or inquiries.
• Develop and maintain a database of community contacts and partnerships.
• Monitor and track the success of outreach efforts, providing regular reports to management.
• Stay updated on current community issues and trends, and make recommendations for new outreach strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in community outreach, public relations, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse groups of people.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of community engagement strategies and techniques.
• Experience in event planning and coordination.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Passion for community service and making a positive impact.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
