Job Title: Curriculum Development Specialist

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing curriculum materials and programs for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and instructional design, with a passion for creating engaging and effective learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop curriculum materials that align with organizational goals and objectives
• Conduct thorough research to identify best practices in curriculum development and instructional design
• Design and develop engaging and interactive learning activities, assessments, and resources
• Utilize a variety of instructional methods and technologies to enhance learning outcomes
• Regularly review and update existing curriculum materials to ensure accuracy and relevance
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure consistency and effectiveness of curriculum materials
• Provide training and support to instructors and facilitators on the delivery of curriculum materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of curriculum materials with other organizational initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with current trends and advancements in curriculum development and education technology
• Manage and maintain curriculum development timelines and budgets

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using instructional design software and learning management systems
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design theories
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Passion for education and creating impactful learning experiences
