Job Title: Research and Development Chemist

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research and Development Chemist to join our dynamic team. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in research and development, preferably in the chemical industry
• Strong knowledge of chemical principles, theories, and techniques
• Experience with analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, and spectroscopy
• Proficient in data analysis and interpretation using statistical software
• Proven track record of successfully developing and commercializing new products
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
