Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and update curriculum that meets the needs of our target audience
Conduct research and analyze data to identify best practices and trends in curriculum design
Utilize instructional design principles to create learning materials that are interactive, engaging, and aligned with learning objectives
Ensure all curriculum materials are accurate, current, and reflect industry standards
Develop assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of curriculum and make necessary adjustments for improvement
Train and support instructors on how to effectively use curriculum and teaching strategies
Collaborate with other members of the curriculum team to ensure consistency and quality across all programs
Stay current on advancements in educational technology and incorporate innovative tools and methods into curriculum design
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and tailor curriculum accordingly

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development and instructional design
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and learning styles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in instructional design software and learning management systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong project management and organizational skills
Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement
