About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pastor to join our team and lead our church community. The Pastor will be responsible for providing spiritual guidance, leading worship services, and overseeing the overall operations of the church. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Christian beliefs, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a desire to serve and support our congregation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead worship services and deliver sermons that inspire and engage the congregation
• Provide spiritual guidance and counseling to members of the church community
• Develop and implement strategies to grow and strengthen the church community
• Oversee and coordinate all church activities, events, and programs
• Supervise and support staff, volunteers, and ministry leaders
• Mentor and train future leaders within the church
• Collaborate with other pastors and church leaders to plan and execute services and events
• Maintain strong relationships with members of the congregation and the wider community
• Stay updated on current events and issues that may impact the church community
• Manage the church's budget and resources
• Ensure the church's compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Theology, Divinity, or a related field
• Ordination or license from a recognized Christian denomination
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pastor or in a pastoral role
• Strong understanding of Christian beliefs and theology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven leadership experience
• Ability to provide spiritual guidance and counseling
• Experience in managing and coordinating church activities and events
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and church management software
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
