Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to create high-quality curriculum materials for various educational programs.
• Conduct research and stay updated on educational trends and standards to inform curriculum development.
• Analyze and evaluate existing curriculum materials to identify areas for improvement and make necessary revisions.
• Develop and implement curriculum guidelines, objectives, and assessments to ensure alignment with educational standards and program goals.
• Create and maintain a curriculum development schedule and meet deadlines for the completion of curriculum materials.
• Provide training and support to instructors on the implementation of curriculum materials and instructional strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment of curriculum across all programs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to enhance the quality of our curriculum.
• Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of curriculum materials and make adjustments as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education, curriculum development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of educational standards and best practices in curriculum development.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in instructional design methodologies and tools.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
