Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their banking inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
• Process various banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies and procedures.
• Act as a liaison between clients and other departments within the bank to ensure a seamless banking experience for our clients.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in banking technology to provide clients with the best possible services.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services to clients and help them achieve their financial objectives.
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed departmental goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including deposit accounts, loans, and credit cards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven customer service experience with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other banking software systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
