Position: Instructional Designer

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Instructional Designer to join our team. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality learning materials that will enhance the learning experience for our employees and clients. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training programs that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with subject matter experts to analyze training needs and design learning solutions that meet the needs of our employees and clients
• Develop instructional materials such as e-learning courses, instructor-led training, job aids, and other learning resources
• Utilize instructional design principles to create interactive and engaging learning experiences
• Conduct research on new learning technologies and trends to continuously improve our training programs
• Apply adult learning theories to ensure that the training is effective and meets the diverse learning styles of our employees and clients
• Collaborate with graphic designers and multimedia specialists to create visually appealing and interactive learning materials
• Utilize various authoring tools to develop and deliver e-learning courses, such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, and Camtasia
• Develop assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs
• Utilize project management skills to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Continuously evaluate and update existing training materials to ensure that they are up-to-date and relevant
• Provide support and guidance to trainers and facilitators during the delivery of training programs
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in instructional design and adult learning

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a corporate setting
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, and Camtasia
• Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Creative thinker with the ability to design engaging and interactive learning experiences
• Proficiency in graphic design and multimedia development is a plus
• Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) is preferred
