Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Instructional Design Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Instructional Design Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and designing engaging learning materials that align with our company's training objectives. You will work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to analyze training needs, identify learning goals, and create effective training solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze training needs and design learning materials that address the identified needs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and validate content for training materials.
• Develop training content using various instructional techniques and formats, such as e-learning modules, videos, simulations, and games.
• Utilize graphic design and multimedia tools to enhance the visual appeal and interactivity of training materials.
• Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness of training materials.
• Stay updated with the latest instructional design trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the quality of training materials.
• Work closely with the Learning and Development team to ensure training materials are aligned with the overall learning strategy.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with graphic design and multimedia tools is a plus.
