About the role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Curriculum Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing curriculum materials to support the educational goals of our organization. You will collaborate with a team of educators and instructional designers to create engaging and effective learning experiences for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design curriculum materials, including lesson plans, assessments, and instructional materials, to align with educational standards and objectives
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of curriculum materials
• Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in curriculum development
• Analyze and assess the effectiveness of current curriculum materials and make recommendations for improvements
• Provide training and support to teachers and other staff members on the implementation of curriculum materials
• Collaborate with instructional designers to incorporate technology and interactive elements into curriculum materials
• Manage the review and revision process for curriculum materials, ensuring timely updates and improvements
• Monitor and track the effectiveness of curriculum materials through data analysis and feedback from teachers and students
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance curriculum offerings
• Participate in curriculum development meetings and provide input and suggestions for future improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in education or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development, preferably in an educational setting
• Strong understanding of educational standards and objectives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in instructional design principles and methodologies
• Experience with technology integration in curriculum development
