Job Title: Program Development Manager

Overview: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Development Manager to join our team. As the Program Development Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategic programs and initiatives to support the growth and success of our organization. This is a leadership position that requires strong analytical skills, project management experience, and the ability to think creatively and strategically.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic programs and initiatives to support the growth and success of the organization
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential areas for program development and improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and insights, and incorporate them into program development plans
• Create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resources needed for successful implementation
• Manage the execution of programs, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget
• Monitor and track program performance and provide regular reports to senior management
• Identify and address any challenges or roadblocks that may arise during program development and implementation
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and vendors
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and leverage them to continuously improve program development strategies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program development, project management, or a similar role
• Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing strategic programs
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and allocate resources effectively
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Creative and strategic thinker, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards achieving common goals
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Experience in the Marketing is a plus
