Key Responsibilities:

Install, program, and troubleshoot industrial robotic equipment according to specifications and technical drawings
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on robotic systems to ensure optimal performance
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with robotic equipment and perform necessary repairs in a timely manner
Collaborate with engineers and production teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency
Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities, as well as any equipment modifications
Monitor the performance of robotic systems and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards
Train production teams on the safe and effective use of robotic equipment and provide ongoing support as needed
Stay up-to-date with technological advancements in industrial robotics and make recommendations for upgrades or new equipment as necessary
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing job duties

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in robotics or related field preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with industrial robotics in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of programming languages and software used in industrial robotics, such as C++, Python, and ROS
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems used in robotics
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call for emergency repairs as needed
