Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement academic programs in alignment with the institution's mission and goals.
Collaborate with faculty and department heads to ensure that program curriculum is up-to-date and meets industry standards.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure that resources and facilities are available for program implementation.
Oversee the recruitment and selection of faculty members for the program.
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and industry professionals to enhance program offerings and opportunities for students.
Monitor program performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure student success.
Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to promote the program and attract students.
Provide guidance and support to students throughout their academic journey, including academic advising and career counseling.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in academia to continuously improve program offerings.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in a relevant field, such as education or business administration.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in academic program management.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Knowledge of academic program development and curriculum design.
