Our mission is to reach out to our community and share the love of Christ with those in need.We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Pastor. This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership skills, a heart for ministry, and a deep understanding of biblical teachings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all aspects of the church's ministry, including worship services, Bible studies, and outreach programs.
• Preach and teach the Word of God with clarity, relevance, and authenticity.
• Provide spiritual guidance and counseling to members of the congregation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with the church community, including volunteers, staff, and members.
• Plan and coordinate special events, such as retreats, conferences, and community outreach programs.
• Collaborate with other pastors and church leaders to develop and implement strategic plans for the growth and development of the church.
• Stay abreast of current events and issues that may impact the church and its members.
• Manage the church's budget and ensure that all financial resources are used in an effective and responsible manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in theology, ministry, or a related field.
• Ordained or licensed as a pastor.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pastoral ministry.
• Strong biblical knowledge and the ability to effectively communicate it to others.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A heart for serving others and a passion for sharing the gospel.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other pastors and church leaders.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
