• Develop and maintain data integration processes and scripts to support data migration activities.
• Perform data profiling and analysis to identify data quality issues and develop solutions to address them.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data migration processes, including data mapping, transformation rules, and validation rules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data migration issues in a timely manner.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data migration.
• Monitor data migration processes and provide status updates to project stakeholders.
• Continuously improve data migration processes and tools to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management and data migration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data migration, data integration, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices.
• Proficient in SQL and experience with data migration tools such as SSIS, Informatica, or Talend.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes is a plus.
• Knowledge of cloud-based data migration tools and technologies is a plus.
• Certifications in data management or data integration are a plus.
