Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and educators to develop a comprehensive and engaging curriculum for our educational programs.
Research, evaluate, and incorporate best practices in curriculum development, instructional design, and educational technology.
Analyze and interpret data to assess the effectiveness of current curriculum and make necessary improvements.
Create and design instructional materials, including lesson plans, assessments, and teaching aids, that align with learning objectives and meet the needs of diverse learners.
Implement and facilitate professional development workshops for teachers on effective curriculum delivery and instructional strategies.
Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in education, and make recommendations for curriculum enhancements and revisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of curriculum with other program components, such as technology, assessments, and student support services.
Provide support and guidance to teachers in the implementation of the curriculum and assist in troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
Foster a positive and collaborative learning environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and open dialogue.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in curriculum development and instructional design, preferably in an educational setting.
In-depth knowledge of curriculum design principles, learning theories, and instructional strategies.
Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficient in using educational technology and software for curriculum development, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), authoring tools, and multimedia.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and building positive relationships.
