Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our company's assets, employees, and visitors. You will oversee a team of security officers and work closely with other departments to maintain a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to protect company assets, employees, and visitors.
• Supervise and manage a team of security officers, including hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating performance.
• Conduct regular patrols and security checks to ensure the premises are secure and free from any potential threats.
• Monitor security cameras and alarms to identify and respond to any suspicious activities or security breaches.
• Maintain accurate records of security incidents, investigations, and reports, and take appropriate actions to address any issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify potential security risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Conduct regular training sessions for employees on security awareness and emergency procedures.
• Stay updated on the latest security trends and technologies and make recommendations for implementing them in the company's security system.
• Respond to security emergencies and provide assistance to employees and visitors as needed.
• Manage the budget for the security department and ensure all expenses are within the allocated budget.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in a security supervisory role.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing security policies and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees, visitors, and law enforcement agencies.
• Familiarity with security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and access control systems.
• Must be physically fit and able to perform security patrols and respond to emergencies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other security-related software.
