Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Milk Production Supervisor to oversee our dairy production operations. As a Milk Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of milk production workers and ensuring the efficient and safe production of high-quality milk products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team of milk production workers, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Create and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of milk products.
• Monitor production processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations and standards.
• Maintain inventory levels and order necessary materials and supplies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality control, maintenance, and packaging, to resolve production issues and improve processes.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to identify and address any maintenance needs.
• Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
• Keep accurate records of production data and prepare reports for upper management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Dairy Science, Food Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in milk production, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of dairy production processes, equipment, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
