Job Title: Clean Energy Project Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clean Energy Project Manager to join our team. As a project manager, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and implementation of various clean energy projects. You will work closely with a team of engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects within budget and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage clean energy projects from conception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for potential projects.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project goals are being met.
• Manage project budgets and ensure costs are kept within approved limits.
• Oversee the procurement of necessary materials, equipment, and services for projects.
• Communicate project updates and progress to all stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
• Provide regular reports on project status to senior management.
• Ensure all project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports, are accurately maintained.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the clean energy industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Knowledge of renewable energy technologies and their applications.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• PMP certification is a plus.
