Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our education programs, from planning and development to execution and evaluation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education program management, with a passion for making a positive impact on students' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for the growth and improvement of our education programs
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address the needs of our target audience
• Design and oversee the creation of educational materials, ensuring they align with program objectives and meet quality standards
• Manage and train a team of educators, providing guidance and support to ensure program success
• Monitor program budgets and make recommendations for cost-saving measures
• Conduct regular evaluations of program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in education program management, and incorporate them into our programs
• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and other partners to promote our programs and expand our reach
• Represent the company at conferences, workshops, and other events to showcase our education programs
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop and implement strategies for promoting our education programs
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies governing education programs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in education program management, preferably in a leadership role
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful education programs
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in education, curriculum development, and instruction
• Experience with budget management and data analysis
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
