This individual will work closely with faculty members, students, and other stakeholders to ensure the success and growth of our academic programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality and relevance of academic programs offered by University of Medicine and Health Sciences
• Collaborate with faculty members to design and update curriculum, ensuring alignment with industry standards and trends
• Monitor and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of academic programs, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes
• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of new faculty members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality education
• Manage the budget for academic programs, ensuring efficient use of resources and identifying opportunities for cost-saving measures
• Foster relationships with industry partners and other stakeholders to provide students with real-world learning experiences and opportunities for internships and job placements
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in the industry and incorporate new technologies and teaching methodologies into academic programs
• Lead and support faculty development initiatives, including training and workshops, to enhance their teaching skills and knowledge in their respective fields
• Collaborate with the admissions team to develop and implement strategies to attract and retain students for academic programs
• Conduct regular meetings with students to gather feedback and address any concerns or issues related to academic programs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in academic program management or a related role
• Demonstrated experience in curriculum design and evaluation
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
• Familiarity with industry trends and advancements in teaching methods and technologies
• Experience with budget management and resource allocation
• Passion for education and commitment to providing students with a quality learning experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
