Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal teams to develop multimedia strategies that support marketing and communication objectives.
Coordinate and manage all aspects of multimedia projects, including timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Plan and execute pre-production, production, and post-production stages of multimedia projects.
Work closely with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and other content creators to develop high-quality multimedia content.
Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance the quality and effectiveness of multimedia content.
Manage the distribution and promotion of multimedia content on various platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
Monitor and report on the performance of multimedia content, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.
Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery and quality of multimedia projects.
Maintain a well-organized library of multimedia assets, ensuring they are easily accessible for future use.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in multimedia, marketing, communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in multimedia production or coordination.
Proficient in multimedia software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proven experience in developing and executing multimedia strategies.
Knowledge of current multimedia trends and best practices.
Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
