Key Responsibilities:

Conduct a thorough analysis of current production processes and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement new processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce production costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of new processes.
Utilize data and analytics to monitor and track production performance and identify areas for optimization.
Conduct time studies and develop production standards to improve workflow and increase productivity.
Identify and troubleshoot any issues or bottlenecks in the production process and implement solutions.
Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure that all products meet required standards and specifications.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve processes and systems.
Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials for production teams.
Provide technical support and guidance to production teams to ensure smooth operations.
Participate in cost reduction initiatives and contribute to the overall profitability of the company.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of production processes, lean manufacturing principles, and process improvement techniques.
Experience with process mapping, data analysis, and statistical methods.
Proficient in using industrial engineering tools and software.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
