We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Curriculum Coordinator to join our team and play a crucial role in shaping the educational experience of our students.

Job Overview: As a Curriculum Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of the curriculum across all grade levels. You will work closely with the academic team, including teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders, to ensure that the curriculum is aligned with the school's mission, vision, and educational standards. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that meets the educational standards and objectives of the school.
• Collaborate with teachers to create and maintain a curriculum map that outlines the content, skills, and assessments for each subject and grade level.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum through data analysis and feedback from teachers, students, and parents.
• Identify areas for improvement and make necessary revisions to the curriculum to ensure continuous growth and development.
• Provide professional development opportunities for teachers to enhance their understanding of the curriculum and instructional strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest educational trends and research to inform curriculum development.
• Work with the academic team to ensure that the curriculum is culturally responsive and inclusive.
• Communicate with parents and guardians about the curriculum and provide support for their involvement in their child's education.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development and coordination.
• Strong understanding of educational standards and curriculum design.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with various stakeholders.
• Knowledge of data analysis and assessment tools.
• Familiarity with technology and its integration into the curriculum.
• Passion for education and a commitment to promoting a positive learning environment for students.
