We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Operations Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our field teams, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and in a timely manner. As a supervisor, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our company by managing and developing our field staff, monitoring project progress, and maintaining a high level of quality control.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of field staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
• Monitor project progress and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity within the field operations department
• Maintain a high level of quality control by conducting regular site visits and inspections
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that project goals and objectives are met
• Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all tasks are assigned and completed accordingly
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to field staff
• Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during project execution
• Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed by field staff
• Keep accurate records of project progress, expenses, and any other relevant information
• Provide regular reports to senior management on project status and performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a field operations environment
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects on time and within budget
• Knowledge of industry regulations and safety protocols
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Willingness to travel as needed
