Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our organization as a Pastor. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for serving others and a deep understanding of religious teachings and principles. As a Pastor, you will play a vital role in the spiritual growth and well-being of our congregation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead religious services, including sermons, prayers, and sacraments
• Provide guidance and support to members of the congregation
• Offer spiritual counseling and guidance to individuals and families
• Organize and lead community outreach programs and events
• Collaborate with church leaders to develop and implement strategic plans for growth and development
• Oversee and manage church staff and volunteers
• Prepare and deliver engaging and informative sermons that align with the teachings of our faith
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members of the congregation
• Provide pastoral care and support to those in need, including hospital visits and counseling sessions
• Perform administrative tasks, such as managing the church budget and maintaining records

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Theology, Divinity, or a related field
• Ordained or licensed by a recognized religious organization
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a pastoral role
• Strong knowledge of religious teachings and principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and inspire others
• Compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to counseling and pastoral care
• Proficient in public speaking and delivering sermons
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with church leaders and volunteers
• Understanding and appreciation of diverse cultures and backgrounds
• Must pass a background check and drug test
