Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Curriculum Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing educational programs and materials for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research to identify learning needs and objectives for various programs
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevancy of materials
• Develop curriculum and instructional materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and assessments
• Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
• Incorporate feedback and make revisions to curriculum as needed
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in curriculum development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of curriculum with organizational goals and objectives
• Evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum and make recommendations for improvement
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality
• Provide support and training to instructors on the implementation of curriculum and instructional materials

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
• Experience using instructional design software and learning management systems
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
