ChemiCore Innovations is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Tester to join our dynamic development team. As a Senior Software Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality and functionality of our software products
• Conduct thorough and comprehensive testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing
• Identify and report any defects or bugs, and work closely with the development team to resolve them
• Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to understand project requirements and develop test strategies
• Mentor and train junior software testers, providing guidance and support to ensure the quality of their work
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing, and continuously improve our testing processes and methodologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, preferably in a senior or lead role
• Extensive knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
