Position: Photo Editor

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Photo Editor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for editing, retouching, and enhancing various types of photographs to meet our company's standards and client expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent technical skills, and a passion for photography.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and retouch images to meet company and client standards, including color correction, cropping, and resizing.
• Enhance images by adjusting lighting, exposure, and composition.
• Collaborate with photographers and other team members to ensure images meet project requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques, and implement them into the editing process.
• Manage and organize image files, ensuring they are easily accessible and properly labeled.
• Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand project requirements and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain quality control by reviewing and proofreading images before final delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in photography, visual arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Photo Editor.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Excellent knowledge of color correction, image manipulation, and retouching techniques.
• Strong understanding of file formats, resolutions, and color profiles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
