About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Curriculum Development Specialist to join our team. As a Curriculum Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing various educational programs and materials. Your main goal will be to ensure that our curriculum is engaging, effective, and aligned with the organization's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop appropriate curriculum
• Design and develop learning materials, including presentations, handouts, activities, and assessments
• Conduct thorough research to ensure the curriculum is up-to-date and relevant
• Utilize instructional design principles to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
• Incorporate multimedia elements, such as videos, animations, and simulations, to enhance the learning experience
• Review and revise existing curriculum to ensure it meets the organization's standards and goals
• Work closely with the instructional design team to ensure all materials are consistent with established templates and branding guidelines
• Develop and maintain project timelines to ensure timely delivery of curriculum materials
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate necessary changes to the curriculum
• Conduct evaluations to measure the effectiveness of the curriculum and make necessary improvements
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in educational technology and incorporate them into the curriculum development process
• Provide training and support to instructors on how to effectively use the curriculum materials
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all curriculum development activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development
• Proven experience in instructional design and curriculum development using various tools and technologies
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and e-learning authoring tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
