Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lease Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of lease accounts and ensuring the timely and accurate completion of all related tasks. This is a critical role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of lease accounts, including both new and existing clients
• Handle all aspects of the lease process, from initial client contact to final lease agreement
• Monitor lease agreements and ensure that all terms and conditions are met
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate completion of lease agreements
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Conduct regular lease reviews to identify potential risks and opportunities
• Prepare and present reports on lease activity, including revenue and profitability
• Collaborate with other departments, such as legal and finance, to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in leasing regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in lease account management
• Strong understanding of leasing principles, regulations, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
