Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Education Program Coordinator to join our team. As an Education Program Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of educational programs that align with our company's mission and goals. You will work closely with our team of educators, volunteers, and community partners to provide high-quality educational opportunities for students of all ages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement educational programs that align with our company's mission and goals
- Collaborate with our team of educators to create engaging and interactive lesson plans
- Coordinate with volunteers and community partners to provide additional resources and support for educational programs
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to ensure program success
- Manage program budgets and resources effectively
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with schools, organizations, and community stakeholders
- Plan and coordinate events, workshops, and other educational activities
- Recruit, train, and supervise program volunteers and interns
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve educational programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in program coordination or related field
- Strong knowledge of educational program development and evaluation
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Passion for education and making a positive impact in the community
