Title: Investment Banker

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Investment Banker. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to provide strategic financial advice and execute complex financial transactions. As an Investment Banker, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, including corporations, financial institutions, and governments, to help them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide financial advisory services to clients, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, capital raising, and restructuring
• Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence to assess the financial health and potential risks of potential transactions
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including regular communication and updates on market trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, trading, research, and legal, to develop and execute financial strategies for clients
• Prepare and present pitch books, financial models, and other materials for client meetings and presentations
• Monitor market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes to identify potential opportunities and risks for clients
• Actively participate in business development efforts to attract new clients and expand our client base
• Stay up-to-date on industry knowledge and best practices to provide the most relevant and effective financial advice to clients

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment banking or related field
• Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and industry regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
• Proven track record of managing complex financial transactions and delivering results for clients
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in financial modeling and analysis, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred
