Position Overview: We are looking for a Network Support Specialist to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' networks, as well as identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients via phone, email, or in person
• Monitor and maintain the performance of clients' networks and identify any potential issues
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical problems
• Conduct network audits to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
• Install and configure network equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in networking technology
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures
• Train clients on how to use and maintain their network equipment
• Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support to clients as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in network support or a similar role
• Strong understanding of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
• Experience with network monitoring tools such as Wireshark or SolarWinds
• In-depth knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, or other networking equipment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant certifications, such as CCNA or CCNP, are a plus
