Title: Flight Attendant

Position Overview: We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Flight Attendant to join our dynamic team. As a Flight Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers throughout their flight. You will also play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive travel experience for our passengers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet passengers and assist with their boarding process, including checking tickets and verifying identification
• Conduct pre-flight safety checks and ensure all safety equipment is in working order
• Provide a thorough safety briefing to passengers before takeoff and assist in emergency situations
• Serve food, beverages, and other amenities to passengers while maintaining a high level of service and professionalism
• Respond to passenger inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Monitor the cabin environment and troubleshoot any issues that may arise, such as turbulence or passenger discomfort
• Keep the cabin clean and tidy throughout the flight, including restocking supplies and disposing of waste
• Collaborate with the flight crew to ensure smooth operations and adherence to all safety protocols
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as all federal aviation regulations
• Continuously attend training and development programs to maintain and improve skills and knowledge
• Provide assistance and support to passengers with special needs, such as children, elderly, or disabled individuals

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Additional language skills are a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to pass a thorough background check and drug screening
• Valid passport and ability to travel internationally
• Previous flight attendant experience is preferred but not required
