Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and develop engaging curriculum materials for various educational programs
Design and develop curriculum outlines, course descriptions, and learning activities that align with the learning objectives
Conduct thorough research on current trends and best practices in curriculum development and education to ensure the curriculum is up to date and effective
Create and maintain a curriculum development timeline to ensure timely completion of projects
Review and revise existing curriculum materials to improve effectiveness and keep up with changing educational standards
Develop assessments and evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness of the curriculum
Collaborate with instructional designers and multimedia specialists to incorporate multimedia elements into the curriculum
Provide training and support to instructors on the effective implementation of the curriculum
Monitor and analyze feedback from instructors and students to continuously improve the curriculum
Communicate with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate their suggestions into the curriculum development process

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development, preferably in an educational setting
Strong knowledge of curriculum development principles, theories, and best practices
Experience in designing and developing curriculum for various levels (K-12, higher education, corporate training)
Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in instructional design software and learning management systems
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with subject matter experts, instructors, and other team members
Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Passionate about education and staying up to date with current trends and best practices in the field
