Position: Pilot
Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pilot to join our team. As a Pilot, you will be responsible for safely operating our aircraft and ensuring a smooth and efficient flight for our passengers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong commitment to safety and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-flight inspections to ensure the aircraft is in proper working condition
- Communicate with air traffic control and other crew members to plan and execute flights
- Monitor weather conditions and make necessary adjustments to flight plans
- Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed during takeoff, flight, and landing
- Keep accurate records of flight time, fuel use, and any incidents or emergencies
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards passengers and crew members
- Stay up to date with all rules, regulations, and best practices in the aviation industry
- Collaborate with ground crew to coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid commercial pilot's license
- Minimum of 1500 hours of total flight time, including 500 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC)
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations
- Strong understanding and adherence to safety protocols
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must pass a background check and drug test
